Classic Cocktails
The Perfect Bombay Sapphire & Tonic
Use only the finest gin to make this perfectly refreshing and simple cocktail.
Ingredients
- 50ml Bombay Sapphire
- 150ml Tonic Water
- Lime
- Ice
Method
Fill the glass with cubed ice, pour the Bombay Sapphire in and then add fresh tonic water. Rub the flesh of a wedge of lime around the rim of the glass, squeeze into the drink then drop into a highball glass.
