A cocktail so authentically Scottish it’ll have you reaching for your tartan kilt.

Ingredients

  • Drambuie
  • Ginger beer
  • Lime
  • Ice

Method

Take a highball glass and fill with ice. Add 1 part Drambuie to 3 parts ginger beer and stir. Squeeze and drop in lime wedges.
