This month we have a fantastic range of Liqueur variants from Bols that are extremely versatile and innovative, providing inspiration and excitement allowing you to create a huge range off fabulous drinks!
Here is a selection of some of the delicious products and new additions to the Bols range.
Bols Apricot Brandy
This apricot liqueur uses fresh apricot juice which gives it a rich and full flavour that matches its golden-amber colour.
Bols Crème de Cassis
This authentic dark red blackcurrant liqueur, because of its sweetness, works especially well in drinks containing sour elements.
Bols Cherry Brandy
This deep cherry-red liqueur, that uses fresh cherries from Eastern Europe, is a popular cocktail ingredient and is the key component of a Singapore Sling.
Bols Crème de Cacao
A dark liqueur packed with rich flavours of bitter, dark chocolate and hints of orange and vanilla.
Bols Peppermint
This unmistakable green liqueur is flavoured with peppermint extracted directly from fresh mint leaves, which creates a refreshingly minty flavour.
Bols Blue
The original Blue Curaçao. It's the combination of rich orange flavour from oranges, mandarins and the rare kinnow fruit, and its vibrant colour that make this a favourite cocktail ingredient, especially as a colouring agent.
Bols Crème de Bananes
The colour of real sun ripened bananas with the taste of bananas enhanced by a touch of soft vanilla and a hint of almonds.
Bols Triple Sec
A crystal clear liqueur. Flavoured with distillations of Curaçao, orange peel and a hint of citrus for an unmistakable flavour.
Bols Grenadine
A distinctive red, non-alcoholic syrup, made from pomegranate juice. This is a popular cocktail ingredient due to its flavour and the pink tinge it provides when mixed with other ingredients.

The Quinta Ruban
